SANITAS CYCLES, warrants its products free from defects in workmanship for the following time periods from the date of original purchase: Please read below the conditions of warranty
- Titanium Frames: Lifetime
- Steel Frames: Lifetime
This warranty does not cover cosmetic or structural damage arising from abuse or misuse including but not limited to damage caused by crashes or collisions, improper installation and or assembly, and improper maintenance.
Any modifications, additions, or changes to the original product void the warranty. Wear from normal use or environmental exposure is not covered by this warranty. SANITAS CYCLES will repair or replace at its sole discretion any item or any portion of that item deemed defective under this warranty.
SANITAS CYCLES will not be responsible for any shipping or dealer charges related to any warranty claim whether the claim is accepted by SANITAS CYCLES or not. SANITAS CYCLES does not warranty any material failure.
SANITAS CYCLES shall not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights, and those rights may vary from place to place. This warranty does not affect the statutory rights of the consumer.
Please remember: the warranty only applies to the original owner with proof of purchase. All claims must be processed through SANITAS CYCLES. The warranty is void if your bicycle is subjected to abuse, alterations, improper maintenance, modifications, or other excessive, improper, or abnormal conditions.
Labor charges incurred from part changes, assembly, disassembly, and freight are the responsibility of the owner.
The warranty offers no cash refunds – As the consumer you possess specific legal rights, and those rights may vary from place to place.
Note: There are no exchanges or refunds or returns on all items marked and sold as ” online special, sale, clearance, closeout, or marked as discontinued.” All sales for such items are final.
Note: New product returns, upon approval, are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
